Silicone fabrication

Our silicone fabrication department operates an extensive range of cutting equipment for rubber gaskets cut from solid and sponge sheet, and for cutting silicone tubing into washers and sleeves.

Silicone Tubing can be cut and joined using room temperature vulcanization (RTV) to produce inexpensive components including sealing 'O' rings, or one-off mitred rubber gaskets, hand-jointed to complete press-jointed profiled corners.

In addition to these products, we can incorporate clips into profiles for oven rubber door seals, or molded air valves for inflatable seals used in 'pick and place' applications on production lines.

Simply confirm your material choice, design drawing (with profile dimensions) and colour and we will manufacture the custom made product in a silicone rubber extrusion.
