Including in this is washer cutting, cut printed sleeves cropping, punching patterned gaskets from sheet or strip with adhesive backing.
For prototypes using CAD drawings we are able offer a few samples to hundreds if necessary, using water jet cutting equipment thus avoiding expensive tooling.
For sheet material we have a range of standard colours include but are not limited to, white, red oxide, translucent, black and blue. There are a number of material options such as general purpose silicone in a range of shore hardness, flame retardant, metal detectable and high temperature grades up to 300 degrees centigrade.
