Different from extruded tubing, this product is manufactured by layering silicone rubber material and building it up around a mandrel tool to the required thickness. Typical diameters can be as large as 3-400mm and upto 1 meter in length. Special tooling can be manufactured to make further bespoke sizes, do contact our technical support team with your requirements and we can discuss this further. Mandrel built products retains unique thermal properties of extruded silicone rubber. Temperature ranges from -60°C up to 300°C for use in demanding hostile environments.
